Cloud Property Management System

Channel Manager & Booking Engine

No matter how many channels your hotel is connected to, our cloud channel manager’s OTA synchronizer allows you to instantly distribute entire hotel’s rate and inventory across all the channels. Not only OTAs (Hotel Booking Portals), the channel managing system will also update the inventory across all connected meta search engines (TripAdvisor, Google Hotel Finder etc), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), hotel website and even the hotel Facebook page. A 2 way interface to our PMS is also included. Booking Engine module offers your guests an easy reservation experience with quick booking process with minimum click from their PC, smart phones or tablets. Generate higher revenues by allowing your guests to access special offers, promo codes and ability to do group bookings.

Housekeeping Module

The Housekeeping Manager will be able to create tasks according to room types and area. Once that is done, the tasks can be assigned to the team individually by a simple drag and drop user interface and even allow to add special comments if any. The task list can be printed and handed out to the team, once completed, the team can return the list and manager can update the task status in the system. In addition, the manager is also able to define the approximate time required for each task with list of items required for each tasks, allowing more efficient time and cost management. The housekeeping team receives the hard copy of the tasks list which helps them to keep track of tasks and submit it back to the manager once the tasks have been completed. Room number and hotel area is assigned individually to each team member making it straightforward and easy to coordinate.

Revenue Management & Payment Gateway

Get more competitive with Yield Management which allows you to regulate special rates based on your hotel’s occupancy level. For example, you can set up two different rates, one when your hotel is at 60% occupancy and another rate for 80% occupancy. The system will automatically update the rate as the hotel reaches the occupancy level. Payment Gateway allows guests to pay for their stay directly on the booking engine, making the reservation experience complete from A to Z.
